Aysel Yükselener (The Founder)
She graduated from the Department of Chemical Engineering, Hacettepe University, and worked for technology importers, counseling, and marketing companies as coordinator and executive for 20 years.
Then, she moved to Kutahya where she learned “Turkish Traditional Hand Made Ceramics”, the art she inherited from her family. She established her own business, learned Ceramics making and improved her artistic skills, participated in many art exhibitions for 8 years. She were invited for a construction project in Africa as administrative manager and worked in Comoros Islands for 2 years. Then, she moved to Izmir where she is still living in.
She attended a number of education/training programs and seminars on effective communication skills as well as technical trainings during working years. She was interested in coaching, and noticed that coaching could be a way to share the importance of personal development and change.
She completed a training program of Adler International Learning Central Europe (Adler is an Academy accredited by the International Coaching Federation – ICF). She has been working as a Personal Coach, mentor and consultant for individuals and companies an performing her arts (Traditional Ceramics and Illuminating/Decoration of manuscripts – Tazhib-) in Izmir and in Istanbul for 2 years. She is very fluent in English, and perform coaching in English as well as in Turkish.
